El Contador is a village situated about ten minutes from Chirivel and approx 20 minutes drive from Baza. The village has a mixture of english and spanish residents ( ideal for brushing up on the language) there are two spanish bars and one english plus supermarket and it also has deliveries of bread, fresh fruit and fish. Chirivel has banks, schools , bars and shops and also has a swimming pool in the summer months.
The village house which has been tastefully restored consists of lounge/diner with an almond burner ( this will keep the whole house warm in the winter), spanish and sky tv. Fitted kitchen with oven and fridge, shower room and a double bedroom. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom.
Outside there is a patio area with seating and a BBQ, the washing machine is also situated outside. There is ample parking in the street by the property. The owner has requested No Smoking in the property.
