Garrucha is a fishing port about 10 minutes along the coast from the holiday resort of Mojacar and 5 minutes from Vera Playa.
Garrucha has many restaurants including some excellent fish restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is a five minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment consists of american style fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge and washing machine. Lounge/diner with spanish tv and dvd player and a bed settee to sleep a further two guests. Upstairs there is one double bedroom and one twin room and family bathroom. Outside there is a small patio, and communal gardens, two communal swimming pools one large for the swimmer of the family and a smaller one with childrens paddling pool. the smaller pool is situated outside the apartment.
