Arroya Albanchez is a small hamlet situated about 5 minutes from Almanzora which has bank,bars, shops and school and 10 minutes from Albanchez which has bars, restaurants, school and shops. The bustling market town of Albox is a ten minute drive away.
The cortijo has been lovingly restored by the owners and it consists of utility room, bathroom, fitted kitchen with white goods and can also serve as a diner. Lounge with woodburner and sky tv, study/third bedroom, upstairs there are two further bedrooms and family bathroom.
Outside there is a lovely roof terrace with stunning views a further two patio areas and a swimming pool. The property is fenced and gated. The owners live in the annexe within the fenced property. Children welcome
