A very sympatheticly restored village house set in the village of Almanzora , just ten minutes drive into the market town of Albox. A five minute drive will take you into the larger village of Cantoria, there you will find bars, banks schools, doctors, shops and a village market every Wednesday.
Almanzora is a sleepy village but has a lot to offer, the village has three or four bars, a couple of supermarkets, a bank, and a very popular school.
The apartment is within walking distance to all the above.
The property is very spacious and consists of three double bedrooms with wardrobes, a family bathroom, fully fitted kitchen/ diner with all white goods, a very spacious lounge with a feature fireplace, although the owners live below the property is very private. Outside there is a tiled courtyard which is shared with the owners .
